COMPANY HISTORY

The company was founded in 1974. TAG is a dyer specialized in silk degumming and silk dyeing, such as silk chiffon, crepe de chine, organdy, velvet, sateen, etc.

TAG has developed two specific and original dyeing techniques: tie and dye (batik) and shade dyeing (ombré), for which TAG has obtained an industrial patent. Mastering these techniques (tie and dye, batik, shade dyeing), has allowed TAG to stand apart and has played a large part in the development of TAG and our customers, mainly from the Lyon silk industry.

TAG has kept up to date with the evolution of "haute nouveauté" fabrics. At the same time as maintaining our silk dyeing know-how, we' ve developed our dyeing skills for numerous light and heavy fabrics, even those with the most elaborate fibre mix : silk, viscose, rayon, cotton, acetate, polyamide, wool, linen, lurex, etc.

Thanks to our skilled staff, TAG is able to do a variety of dyeing and finishing to order.
